Amazon has a great selection for your dog, free shipping on orders greater than $25, and free 2-day shipping for Amazon Prime members
HomeGoods - always has very affordable and cute items, but selection is slim
Local pet shops - they always allow dogs! Why not have your dog do some of the shopping?
Small businesses on Instagram and Etsy - they always have cute bandanas, bow-ties, collars, leashes, and MORE for all sorts of price ranges.
